Is there a better way to transfer templates between multiple projects without using the RQMCopyUtility?

If there is I haven't found it yet ... so I'd say no, the only way is thru the copy utilty

Karen is right that the Copy Utility is the best tool that we ship to do this, but actually any tool that can do an HTTP GET/PUT to The RQM API can be used. If you only need to do it for a couple of templates, Poster would be my tool of choice.
