Any command line way to add the licenses for RTC/RQM/DNG using command line or we need to use GUI only?

As far as I know you only can add authorized licenses and floating licenses through the JTS admin web UI.
Token licenses are managed on the Rational License Key Server, don't know what is possible there other than the admin GUI.

Was expecting it as a part of repotools suits as this happens post installation.
Installation manager silent installation does have acceptLicense option but that doesnt suit the same.

I checked the repotools command set, but have not found a add license option.
And like you say, accepting a license is different from adding one.
