Help with Excel/Word Config files

Hi,

I have been looking for a post that can tell me how to use the Excel/Word importers. More specifically, how to setup, what appears initially, as a very complicated Config file.

I do not appear to have any Samples, even though I have installed the add-ins and have the RQM menu available from both word and excel.

Without the samples, the documentation I can find is not making much sense.

Please can someone tell me what I am missing? possibly share some of the samples with me?
