RQM 3.0 Release
4 answers
Hello,
I reported some BUGs & they are planned to be fixed on the RQM 3.0 Release. I cant find any information about the estimated 3.0 release date. Could someone give me information about the estimated date?
Thanks in advance.
Axel.
According to the RTC product dashboard, RTC 3.0 is planned for late Q3 2010. See: https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=jazz.viewPage&id=com.ibm.team.apt
Typically RQM releases follow behind RTC, so I would suspect Q4 2010.
Can anyone with more specific knowledge confirm/correct this?
For RQM, RTC, and RRC, we are planning a synchronized release of all
three products. So the RQM, RTC, and RRC schedules are aligned in terms
of milestones and the 3.0 release. This is part of our "CALM/2010"
focus for this year, where we are putting a lot of effort into improving
and simplifying the integrations between these Jazz-based products.
Cheers,
Geoff

Q4 2010 is the current target, but no release date has been announced (someone from development correct me if this is no longer correct).
@aseyler -- I of course wouldnot recommend it for production deployments, but if you are interested in taking a look at 3.0 in a sandbox, there is a public beta available now. See: Download RQM 3.0 M7a (Beta 1).
