Rational requirements composer - config setup

Hello,

Here I am a beginner to use this stuff.
I have got RRC_2.0.0.2_Client_Master,RRC_2.0.0.2_Client and RRC_2.0.0.2_Server. I installed them all and I started the server.
I got the Tomcat window opened and server startup message.

Then when I enter this URL "https://localhost:9443/rdm/setup" in my browser to configure server nothing happens?

I got this message always: Error 404: No target servlet configured for uri: /rdm/setup

Can anyone please let me know how can I configure and connect to a repository?
