How to link RTC and Rational Test RealTime ?

We are trying to use RTRT in RTC.
We work with the C language.
We have install BIRT (with Helios release).

We are trying to find "Rational RealTime Eclipse Integration" in the "Help/Install New Software" RTC menu but we only have "com.ibm.rational.testrealtime.feature" in eclipse_36/CDT_70/eclipse folder...

When trying to add this package, we have the following error :

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: com.ibm.rational.testrealtime.feature 7.5.0.5 (com.ibm.rational.testrealtime.feature.feature.group 7.5.0.5)
Missing requirement: Test RealTime Test Tool Win32 7.5.0.4 (com.ibm.rational.testrealtime.testtool.ui.win32 7.5.0.4) requires 'bundle org.eclipse.hyades.test.ui 0.0.0' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:
From: com.ibm.rational.testrealtime.feature 7.5.0.5 (com.ibm.rational.testrealtime.feature.feature.group 7.5.0.5)
To: com.ibm.rational.testrealtime.testtool.ui.win32
