User unable to view test cases & scripts after name chan

RQM 2.0.0.1, WAS, LDAP & DB2
I have a user whose surname was changed in LDAP (due to marraiage) and now they can't see their test cases & test scripts in RQM and the dashboard doesn't display their work items, tasks, etc. Is there anyway to get RQM to recognise the name change so the user can access their artifacts?

The user model is transparent to the name change. In general this should not cause a problem.
What name appear on Testcases belonging to this user
