Hi,

We have received a request from end-user asking for ShortCut Keys available in RQM.

Our Team is mainly using RQM for Manual Testing and during the execution of a TestCase , during the execution of a lengthy TestScript steps - instead of clicking on the icon (Pass, Fail, Inconclusive etc) they are looking for shortcut keys (eg: Ctrl+P for Pass etc)

The user also pointed out that the similar feature is available in HP Quality Center.

I could not find this in the RQM web interface

Shortcut keys are a matter of ongoing discussion for RQM and CLM as a whole.  At the moment they remain concentrated on more general editor function than the "Ctrl-P/Ctrl-F/Ctrl-I" type actions which you are requesting.  However, there are existing enhancement requests on the matter.  One is:

Using keyboard shortcut to select pass or fail for Scripts steps (53240)

Feel free to comment on that item; user attention helps the development team in its prioritization efforts.
