Hi,

Are you getting any errors? Please post them and the steps that you are executing.

One thing that may give you more information and narrow things down is to try connecting with your agent from a telnet session.

Try these statements from a command prompt:

> telnet
username
password
cmd ping
go

Hi Brent,

Any help on this? I did try Telnet from command line and after connecting to port 5555 it shows me blank window.

that's the telnet program waiting for input

if my username and password on the build server was "build" and "build"
when I got that blank window, I'd type
username build
password build
cmd ping
go

and at that point the output will be return from the agent program telling us what we need to know about if your agent is working, or why (maybe) it isn't.

if you can copy and paste that output we can help more.

Hi,

It looks like you have the agent working now. That is great! Since this is a different topic about RAFW, I would post a 'New Topic' so that people just don't skip over this message because they think it only relates to the Build Forge agent.
