Rhapsody Import error

I try and do a Rhapsody Model import and it always just fails and says error.

To import the sample Rhapsody model:

1. Log into the Design Management Server as a user with import privileges.

2. In the Design Management Server, click Rhapsody Import > Import.

3. On the Import page, browse to the Rhapsody-Sample-Model.zip file you just downloaded and click Import.

I log on as RCAM_Admin.

Anyone know what my problem could be?

You can click on the error in the red error bar or the error on the "Import Status" page to pop up more details, but here are some things you can try in the meantime:
- On the "Import Definition" page, press the "Test" button next to the "Import Engine Name." Does it say the engine is running?
- On the "Import Definition" page, the workspace / projects specified should be on the machine where you started the import engine.

Please post the error message if the above didn't fix the problem.

Hello.
The Rhapsody extension needs to be configured so that the model server is recognized. You can do this as follows:

1. Open the following URL using the full computer name:
https://<machine>.<domain>:9443/rmps/carter/configuration

2. Set the folder where the Rhapsody model server is installed:
<CAM>\RhapsodyModelServer

3. Click Submit.

Yep that was it! Thank you.
I entered C:\Program Files\IBM\DesignManagement\RhapsodyModelServer
and it worked first time.
Is this step in the documentation?

I'm disappointed that the jazz explorer doesn't match the layout of the Rhapsody Browser. I mean the tree structure and folders/packages which make up the model. For instance all the Sequence Diagrams in the HomeAlarmWithPorts sample model are just at the top level and not under a folder called Sequence Diagrams.

Hello - yes, I am working on getting that step into the docs and we will have a refresh soon. Thanks. .
