When I try to add a file to a component, I get the error, "CRJAZ1484I Your account does not belong to the groups that are authorized to access the Web UI. Please contact your server administrator." Found http://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.messages.CLMic/CRJAZ1484I.html but it doesn't say much. Any suggestions ?

This sounds like a repository permissions/licensing problem.

Go to the admin pages on the Jazz Team Server, and check your login has at least JazzUser rights. Then check you have a non-expired Developer license. Next - check you are a member of the project area.

Hi All,

This error can be rectified by restarting the installed JAZZ and JTS WAR files or the entire Application server once.
