I need help in downloading the trail version o RTC on to my laptop

More details on what is wrong and what steps you've already followed would be helpful.  The high level steps you need to take are documented here:

Essentially, download the installer for your OS.  Extract the zip file.  Run launchpad.exe (or.sh).  Follow the instructions.  Once installed, start the Jazz Team Server.  Access https://fully_qualified_host_name:9443/jts/setup in a browser and follow the instructions.
