Is it possible to insert a comment into multiple tasks at once on RTC

You can submit an enhancement request for this feature (it is not currently supported), but you'd need to explain why this occurs frequently enough in practice to warrant the implementation effort to add this support.
Comments Hello. We started to require business owners this year to sign off themselves in rational for improved auditing. We need to streamline the process. The pain point I am seeing is the time it takes for business owners to add approval comments to many tasks at once. For example. One email to approve running salary updates for 30 tasks would require writing comments in 30 separate tasks adding significant overhead. Hope this helps.

To clarify, the explanation should be included in the enhancement request (but posting it here as well is fine, since it saves forum users the time to navigate to that work item). Also it is best to post a comment in this forum question with the URL for that enhancement request, so interested parties can subscribe to that work item, and vote for it.
