Unable to create a project in RTC sandbox

Why am I unable to create a project in the RTC sandbox I keep getting the following error: An error occurred during project area creation. Please try again in a few minutes.

When I initially attempted to create the project (02/03/2011) it did show up in the list but I was and am still getting the prompt to create the project.

When I initially attempted to create the project (02/03/2011) it did show up in the list but I was and am still getting the prompt to create the project.


I'm not even able to get started. I click the link from the jazz.net home to try out the RTC 3.0 sandbox (Go to the sandbox) and I get a 404 http error.
