sync WI after a change in the workflow

I have a project with a number of stories. They just changed the workflow of the stories, so how to do we sync existing WI with the new workflow?

Daniel, can you get more specific on what you want to do? The new workflow is in effect as soon as you set it. You can use queries to changes states if you want to.

OK to Get the WI to reflect the new workflow I found that I had to set ownership of the WI back to rtcadmin, save the WI else the WI workflow wasnt updated to reflect the new state. then set ownership back to the original assigned owner.
