The report server cannot initialize its licensing components

Hello.

I am trying to setup Rational Insight, and for some reason keep stumbling upon this error message when i try to open rational insight in my browser:

CRREL0010E: The report server cannot initialize its licensing components. The licensing client libraries are missing or incompatible with the report server. Users are unable to log on to the report server until this issue is resolved.

Check the application server log file for the detailed error message. If the error involves loading a native library (ibmratl_lic.dll or libibmratl_lic.so), verify that the COGNOS_DIR environment entry for the applications server is defined. The COGNOS_DIR environment entry must point to /cognos, where is the installation directory of the report server. Contact IBM Software Support if you cannot resolve this issue.

I have tried to do as it said, and added the COGNOS_DIR environment entry on the application server, but it still fails with this error.

Anyone who have any clue what might be wrong? I have the files mentioned in my cognos/bin folder, so it can't be that.

Based on the error message, I assume you are running Insight 1.0.1. Which option did you choose to install the Insight Report Server feature? Automatic, Manual, Into an existing WAS 6/7instance?
