Teamserver Properties related problem

Hi All,
I have a very complicated issue where in one of the setup of RTC 3.0 using WAS and DB2. while copying the teamserver.properties from the setup i replaced it with a file teamserver.properties.bak . Now as i tried to check by connecting to a project area, I am not able to. When i checked in ccm/admin it shows an error Database unavailable.
Can anyone help on how to rectify this issue ???
Please letme know if you need any further details. as this is an urgent issue for me please...

Is the DB running? If not, start:

> db2start start

Hi Theju,
Thanks for the reply, I have started DB2 already and then only started WAS. Although I am able to see jts/admin server up & running perfectly, I see the above mentioned error ,only when i connect to ccm/admin
