RTC 4 - Where's com.ibm.team.filesystem.cli.core.cliparser ?

The RTC 3.0.1.1 SDK included plugin com.ibm.team.filesystem.cli.core.cliparser. It is not present in the RTC 4.0.3 SDK (although com.ibm.team.filesystem.cli.core is there, cliparser is not). Does anyone know where it went? I am wondering if it has something to do with this: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/CommandLineSplit
