404 Error in help links within RQM application

Brandon Ross (4131) | asked Feb 16 '11, 2:38 p.m.
I am receiving the following issue

HTTP Status 404 - BridgeServlet: /help/index.jsp

type Status report

message BridgeServlet: /help/index.jsp

description The requested resource (BridgeServlet: /help/index.jsp) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/5.5.28

This occurs when I attempt to select any of the links within my project for help such as Overview, Tour and Tutorials

This issue has arisen as a result of an upgrade from 2.0.1 to 2.0.1.1 iFix1. Is there a file I have missing from our upgrade that I can move into the directory? Thanks for the help.

I am also running into this issue. Have tried restarting and redploying the help.war file and still am encountering the issue.

This is an issue with the Infocenter after the upgrade. I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling RQM 2.0.1.1 iFix2 (latest release).
