 Hi, I need migrate the data from a server with Rational Quality Manager 3.1 to other server with Rational Quality Manager 4.0.x. Is there any guide in order to do this migration?

Cristian,
There is no built in way to migrate data from version 3.x on one server to version 4.x to another server
Your options would be to :
  • Upgrade the existing 3x sever to 4.x
  • You can then use the RQM copy Utility (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMCopyUtility) to copy assets from one serer to the other
It is important to note, the function of the RQM Copy Utility is 'not' for a full project copy, but rather copying specific assets from the project area (on one server) to another server.
Please review the Copy Utility wiki for a full overview of it capabilities and known limitations
