How soon can we expect the next RQM milestone (based on the Jazz server for RTC 3.0 RTM).

We would like to start using RTC and RQM together but it would be great if at least the RTC portion was stable and we could just upgrade the RQM portion to the RTM version when that comes out.

I know there is supposed to be a CLM Beta 3 release early next year, but I wanted to find out if there will be a RQM milestone release based the official RTC 3.0 release before that.

Now RQM v4.0 (CLM 2012) is out.
