RQM v2.0.1.1IFix2: Unable to save TestScripts containing large number of steps

Trying to update an exiting Test script which is having 40+ steps in it.. Unfortunately the saving never ends.... The issue still persists even under  Mozilla Firefox v 26.0 and  IE v 9.
Is there a known behavior with this specific release of RQM ??

Note:

The Supported Browser versions for RQM  2.0.x are as follows:
Firefox 3.0 and 3.5
Internet Explorer 7.0 and 8.0

Is the problem reproduced with the above versions?

Please open a RQM defect if the symptom is still reproducible using a supported browser.
