Making Project Dashboard as a Default Dashboard for all

Hi !

I wanna make the project Dashboard shows as a first dashboard.
I will explain it better :

When you enter RQM the first thing you see is your personal Dashboard. I want that when i and everyone on my team log into RQM the first thing that shows is the PROJECT dDashboard.!
Please help!
