RTC Database Query - Users by role by project area

is anyone familiar with the database table structure for RTC?

We're looking to extract users by role by project area. Primarily to generate a contact list of admins and/or stateholders.

If someone has investigated the RTC/jazz structure then that would be a bit of a head start.

thanks

Check out the LIVE_SNAPSHOT com.ibm.team.process.ProjectArea table for PA memberships and admins, LIVE_SNAPSHOT again table com.ibm.team.process.TeamArea for TA memberships.

Not sure how to find the user roles, so if someone could chime in with that piece of the puzzle I would be able to finally run a report to mash this together.

Hi Sean, please clarify names of tables. I connected to RTC Oracle tables and don't see such tables in CCM schema.

Thank you

Sean talks about the data warehouse. You should not access the cc, database directly anyway. You can use the API to access the information you are looking for. See https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2012/12/09/analyzing-a-aroject-areas-members-and-roles-using-the-plain-java-client-libraries/ for an example.

 Hi Ralph,

Do you have a working example for such an extraction or at least a working example of using the API? We now have 150+ project areas in our RTC server, extracting the list of Scrum Masters and Stakeholders would be practical and save us lots of time.

Is their some kind of support to interact with the API? We are unable to execute the examples...

Thanks,
