Configured Cross-Server Communication for both RTC servers per RTC Info Center (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rtc/v2r0m0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.team.repository.web.admin.doc/topics/tservertoserverestablish.html). Then attempted to create Project Area Links between two RTC instances:

1. After adding the link, then saving: "Creating project area back link failed."

Since creation of the link failed, I decided to delete the link:

2. Afer deleting the link, then saving: Deleting project area back link failed.

I found a TechNote (1391597 @ http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=3488&context=SSCP65&context=SS7W3X&context=SS7VZS&context=SS7W59&context=SSSTY3&q1=back+link&uid=swg21391597&loc=en_US&cs=utf-8&lang=en) Unfortunately, synchronizing the each servers's date/time did nothing to solve this problem.

I think I'm missing something simple, but I'm too close to see it. Any thoughts or experience folks can share?
