Server-to-Server Communications: 2 RTC Projects on 2 Server

Configured Cross-Server Communication for both RTC servers per RTC Info Center ( Then attempted to create Project Area Links between two RTC instances:

1. After adding the link, then saving: "Creating project area back link failed."

Since creation of the link failed, I decided to delete the link:

2. Afer deleting the link, then saving: Deleting project area back link failed.

Unable to load URL: /jazz/proxy?uri=https%3A%2F%2F192.168.1.101%3A9443%2Fjazz%2Fprocess%2Fproject-areas%2F_bR2d4JJ1Ed6VAr_bJifb1A%2Flinks%3Ftype%3Dimplements%26resource%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2F192.168.1.134%3A9443%2Fjazz%2Fprocess%2Fproject-areas%2F_a0nBIMlOEdycou2lBfyo2Q&oauth_token=24c2973dbc6f45afa2a63d67d697b22a&request_token_secret=fkC0H7P6psAejpA%2Fm6Gzqe6tOmLkpn%2BwZe1KxlKpk40%3D, Status: 404

I found a TechNote (1391597 @ Unfortunately, synchronizing the each servers's date/time did nothing to solve this problem.

I think I'm missing something simple, but I'm too close to see it. Any thoughts or experience folks can share?
