More than one attachment field

What you see in the workitem under the name "Attachments" is NOT an attribute based presentation.
It is possible to add a second non-attribute based presentation of the type Attachments, but unfortunately, this will result in the two presentations sharing data, e.g. any attachment added in one of the presentations will also be visible in the other one.

Therefore, I don't think your scenario is currently possible. You can file an enhancement request on jazz.net to have it done.

It could be done if the type "attachment" was on usable type of custom field. But there is not. Is there another way to do this?
