Hi

I'd like to extend eclipse SDK 3.5 with the RTC 3.0 client. Downloaded your new p2 install. However, the installation fails due to failed dependencies:

Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.

Is the p2 install meant for eclipse 3.4? Otherwise, I'd appreciate your help.

Thanks tmok! The client installs perfectly. Now, however, I see that the server has an older version, preventing me from connecting to the repository...=]

Unless you have a very good reason - you should really be using the released version of RTC 3 (it shipped in Nov). not an early milestone build. Download it from here:

If you have problems installing that version into the version of Eclipse you want to use - let us know via the forum and we will help.

Did you try 3.5.2? RTC 3.0 shipped on Eclipse 3.5.2 so there's no guarantee that it's compatible for 3.5. Also, Anthony is correct that 3.0 final has shipped so it's good to move off an early milestone build.

I have also tried installing RTC 3.0 into Eclipse 3.6 and 3.7M3 and it's been usable.
