Test Plan Categories Are Not Displayed in Report View in RQM

ozer ozer (2133) | asked Feb 03 '11, 7:55 a.m.
Hi,

I have categorized my test plans according to type "device" which I have defined.

I am now trying to get execution status report using TER count.

In test plan category section I can select type "device" but the test plan category names section is empty although there should be 5 names.

Amazingly I can view test case category names in test plan category names section when I select type "process" which was defined for test case categorization.

Furthermore the test plans type names for test phase, version, release, product are also not displayed in test plan category names section.

Is there any recommedation or patch etc for this problem ?

Regards,

Hi Ozer,

I'm not sure I understand your comment about "the test plans type names for test phase, version, release, product are also not displayed in test plan category names section. ".  Did you include all those concepts as part of the Test Plan categories?  For instance, Test Phases should be included on the Test Schedules section of the Test Plan.

You may want to contact IBM support so they can take a look at the data in your application.

Thank you,
Clara
