It sounds like you may need to deploy the templates from RTC. To do so, go to the Templates tab of your ccm application and click the "Deploy Predefined Templates" link on the top right.
Judging from the log below, the URL to the templates tab is probably: https://localhost:9443/ccm/admin?action=jazz.viewPage&id=com.ibm.team.process.ProcessTemplateManagement or https://localhost:9443/jazz/admin?action=jazz.viewPage&id=com.ibm.team.process.ProcessTemplateManagement Martha Jazz Developer, Process Team Hi people.... :) |
Martha,
I have already deployed the predefined templates from RTC when I recive the message. I downloaded RTC 2.0. Remove RTC 3.0 from my machine and then installed RTC 2.0 and after deployed the predefined templates. All the examples worked fine, but, when I remove RTC 2.0 and install RTC 3.0, deploy the templates ... doesnt work... Lo Rodrigues It sounds like you may need to deploy the templates from RTC. Hello,
The error message indicates that it is connecting to the JTS and looking for the scrum template. The scrum template does not exist in the jts; it is specific to the ccm application. I suspect that instead of connecting to https://localhost:9443/jts it should be connecting to https://localhostL9443/ccm.
