Can't create or view project areas in client

Timothy McKemy (1082317) | asked Feb 01 '11, 6:54 p.m.
I have installed RRC 2.0.0.3 Server and 2.0.0 Client on my Windows 7 laptop, and the Client will not let me create or view projects. I can create a project in the web client, but I get a Java Null pointer error when I try to go to the project in the client. If I try to create a project in the client I get a "CRRRC2306 you do not have the correct permission to create a project in this repository." message.

I have JazzAdmin, JazzDWAdmin, JazzUser, JazzProjectAdmin permissions and an Author CAL.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the product to no avail.

Ideas?

Hi Tim,

In the jazz server user area to be able to create projects you also need the "adminstrator" role, do you have that set?

Yes, I am a JazzAdmin, JazzDWAdmin, JazzUser, and JazzProjectAdmin.

I used to be able to create projects from the web client, but now I get the following error:

Update the client to 2.0.0.3. We had the same issue with this
