Installation Error, File not found

I get the following "file not found" installation error trying to install RTC 2.0.0.2 iFix. When I look in the directory, however, I do see the file there. Any ideas?

Message: Resumable download failed: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Downloads\RTC-Eclipse-Client-2.0.0.2iFix5-Win32-Local\rtc\im-repo\parts\client\native\org.eclipse.equinox.p2.bootstrap.repository.win32.win32.x86_3.4.200.R342_v20090122-989JESTEbig-SVaL8UJHcYBr4A63-1259779188154.zip.

Exception Stack Trace: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Downloads\RTC-Eclipse-Client-2.0.0.2iFix5-Win32-Local\rtc\im-repo\parts\client\native\org.eclipse.equinox.p2.bootstrap.repository.win32.win32.x86_3.4.200.R342_v20090122-989JESTEbig-SVaL8UJHcYBr4A63-1259779188154.zip (The system cannot find the file specified.)

Hi

Try unzipping the files in a top level directory (say c:\temp), Windows may not be able to process a path that long.
