Hi Radha

Resource Definitions: Change Request to describe many kinds of change requests such as defect, enhancement, task, bug, and activity. It defines a minimal set of standardized attributes that are common properties between these different kinds of change requests.

Do check this below IBM infocenter URL which lists 'Change and Configuration Management role-based permissions':
https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.jazz.platform.doc/topics/ccm_role_permissions.html&scope=null

Also, the below article lists details about the resource definition:

 Hello,
my reading of the code
(id= com.ibm.teamz.dsdef.server.deleteDataSetDefinition)
and some searches make me think that these are related to Enterprise Extension version
Either https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.team.scm.doc/topics/t_RTCp_createLIB.html
or https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.team.scm.doc/topics/t_RTCz_createDSD.html

Not sure if it helps here.
