how to update other users work allocation in RTC

 Is there a way without having full admin rights to update other users' work allocation percentage in RTC? Some users has project admin rights but not full Jazz admin rights and would like the ability to update their users work allocation. I know you can do this with full Jazz admin rights but how about people who just have admin rights to only certain projects.

Hi Arnold,

The work-allocation can only be modified by the user themselves and by Jazz User who is project administrator or team area administrator of all the projects of which user is part of.
