Customizing Sample Report : Error in Validation V_1.0.1

Well while opening report studio for customizing a sample report , I encounter following problem.
Ofcourse I was going through tutorial Customizing Sample reports and dashboards placed on IBM Website.

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rentrpt/v1r0m0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.rational.raer.relnotes.doc/topics/insight_relnotes_10_fixpack_1.html

I tried to open Report Studio to customize the report element properties
I received this warning message.
The Package has been updated and report will be updated based on the updated package.

I clicked on OK and during validation I got following error :

Error :

RQP-DEF-0606 A many to many relationship is found in the join path involving query subjects '.,.' .

Anyone knows how can I successfully get rid of this error message?
Any help will be appreciated.

I'm using latest version , 1.0.1 , n this tutorial was for 1.0.0.2.

Also , If i continue this tutorial section,

I received error in

Step 12
Change the operator =?AllProject? to in (?AllProject?).

I can only do it for one "Defect by Status" but not for other two "defect by severity" and "defect by priority".

n get this error for remaining two :

QE-DEF-0490 The query contains a reference to an object '' that exists more than once.QE-DEF-0030 Expression parsing error.

Here is the link to the tutorial from the Rational Insight 1.0.1 documentation. At a quick glance it appears that this tutorial has been updated slightly.
