Why is java.exe process for RRDI project always around 80 - 90% CPU?

I have Websphere v7.0.0.23 installed on Windows Server 2003 and currently have a RRDI 2.0.0.1, RRDI 2.0.1, and Insight 1.1.1.1 setup on it.  All projects are running fine but the java.exe pointing to the RRDI 2.0.1 project is hovering around 80 - 90% CPU all the time and the team isn't using it that much.  The other 2 are all in single-digit as far as CPU consumption.

Any ideas why it's so high for the one project? Something with the java settings in WAS?

Note: This was also occurring prior to the Insight install.  RRDI 2.0.0.1 was the first installed, then RRDI 2.0.1, which is when the problem started.

Thanks,

Hello Michael,
I am not a RRDI specialist :-(
but I generally do not like java processes taking 80/90% of the CPU when supposed to be idle.

As investigating this situation requires java dumps to be taken, I would encourage you to:
1 - use the WAIT tool to collect java dumps - https://wait.ibm.com/
2 - collect dumps and have them analyzed by WAIT
3 - depending on the outcome, open a new public work item against RRDI or open a private PMR to investigate your  case further - https://jazz.net/help/support/

Hope it helps.
Eric
