Is there a way to enable rich hover on artifact URLs in an RRDI report rendered in a dashboard widget?

I have a tabular RRDI report where one of the columns returned is an artifact URL. I am viewing the report in a "Custom Report" widget in an RTC dashboard. Is there anyway to enable rich hover on the artifact URL within the table returned by RRDI?
