Hi, I am aware that it is possible to run custom Insight reports from RQM, as explained on this InfoCenter link:

But, is it possible to run them from RTC Web GUI? I haven't found any guidance on InforCenter.

RQM v2.0.1 iFix 3
RTC v2.0.0.2 iFix 3
Insight v1.0.0.2
