Problem starting RTC 3.0 setup on Windows 2003

Hi,
I correctly installed the RTC 3.0 RC3 by web setup and I started JTS.
The Tomcat started without errors and 3 web app (ccm, clmhelp and jts) were deployed.
When I accessed the setup via https://localhost:9443/jts/setup the CPU start to run at 100% and nothing happens (the browser shows a completely white page). The RAM used is less than 1 GB: I guess it doesn't need any more RAM.

Any suggestion to solve my problem?

I installed it on a VMWare with:
- 3 GB of RAM
- Windows 2003 Server SP2 64bit
- Browser Explorer 8
- Default Database (embedded Derby)
