Hi,

In RTC build definition completes with an error " rtc Server version is 0.37 while client version is 0.33 ". RTC client version is Version: 3.0.1.2 and RTC Server version is also Version 3.0.1.2.. What can cause this error?

Thanks..

Did you update the Build System Toolkit on the build machine? The error indicates you did not.

The "client" in your error message refers to the Jazz Build Engine or to
the Jazz build toolkit, both of which are installed (probably together)
or your build machine. The message is not referring to the client that
you are running on your own machine. My best guess is that the Jazz
build system on your build machine needs to be updated.

I have installed 3.0.1 Build system toolkit on my local machine and have 3.0.1 RTC client installed there as well. I have the build server running and processing build requests. I have my own ANT directory and build directory on my local. When I try to run a build I get the following error and have no clue on what is causing it. Is there a way to get more detail information to pinpoint what the error is???

Where do you expect to have your build.xml? There isn't a whole lot of debugging information the JBE yet, but I am adding some for the next release. See https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/194532

Did you get anywhere with this? As stated, the message indicates that a build engine was not upgraded to a version compatible with the server. I would check which build engines are installed and running where and make sure the matching version is installed.
