Days interpreted incorrectly using web UI

We are using RTC 2.0.0.2 server and client and have configured the work day to be 7hrs 30mins both as the default and for individual team members. The RTC client knows 1day = 7hrs 30mins but the web UI is using 8hrs for 1 day. Is there something that was not upgraded correctly when we moved from 2.0 to 2.0.0.2 or is this still a defect in the web UI?
