How to design a report template with BIRT tools

Designing a report template with BIRT tools is a work in progress in m6 online help

who can tell me the general step?
Do I need to download the BIRT tools from http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/ ?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Hi Yu, yes you will need to download BIRT 2.2.2 (Framework).
Create a new BIRT report design.
Create a Jazz DW Data Source for accessing the jazz data warehouse data.
Once you are done designing your report, use the Reports Eclipse UI to upload the report to the server (The Team Artifacts Navigator has a Templates folder under Reports, righ clik it a select New -> Report Template).
Try the above instrcutions and feel free to ask more questions.
