Cannot find RQMUrlUtility source code

Hi,

Can somebody point me to a valid URL to get the RQMUrlUtility source code or any other java code samples for using the RQM rest APIs?

It is inside the RQMUrlUtility.jar file. Any unzip program should be able to extract the jar.
