How to create custom Report from Resource in CCM.

Hi Everyone,

I have to create a custom report in CCM,but I don't have any idea how to create it.I also want to know ,how to create the report for burnUp and BurnDown by using Report Resource.If any is aware how to achieve this,then please provide some important links .
