RTC V3 RC0 Floating License Server

Please can you tell me how to install the floating license server for RC0 as I don't see licenses available for download on Jazz.net. Thank you :-)
As we proceed through our development cycle, releasing milestones such as RC0, we don't make available early access floating licenses in our builds (nor separately). The only way you can test floating licenses in an early access milestone is to use purchased licenses. Since 3.0 licenses are not yet available (as the product is not yet released), you would have to use 2.x licenses.
