Modifying permissions to limit user view of work items

Hi There,

I'd like to customize my project area to limit such that :
Team A has access to view a certain number of user stories
Team A has access to view all user stories in the project area

Basically I'd like to figure out how to set permissions for viewing work items. Currently, ALL work items in a project area are viewable by all members of the project area.
