Generate a Project Plan out of defined Work Items

Frank Hoffmann (122) | asked Oct 19 '10, 6:25 p.m.
Hey all...

Recently my projectplan get's out of synch with my Scrum Work Items that are added from time to time.

Because I will save time and money i do not want to update my projectplan after i added new work items.

Is there a solution to generate a projectplan or a diagram which solve my needs as well which uses the work items of a sprint or project as source?

please respond if anyone does have a hint.

I am using the express-c version at the moment.

It sounds like you are interested in the plan "snapshot" functionality
available in RTC-3.0. You can then compare that snapshot with some
other snapshot you take of the plan, so you can compare the two.

Just for interest's sake, in what sense you would "save time and money"
by using the snapshot?

Cheers,
Geoff
