Export a widget and create local start page

If I go to a dashboard I can export a widget. I get a div, which I could paste into a html.file.
When I open that file, I need to login to team concert.
But after successful login, the page displays loading... for ever.

I assume this is caused by a not configured friendship.
But how can I configure a friendship to a (local) static html site?

Idea behind that, is to have a submit a defect page on my machine or in the intranet.

I am also stuggling with that! My customer want to build a simple ticket page.

I assume, that this jazz.net page does exactly what I'm looking for.
Someone who could explain how this is done?
