Unable to upload theme zip

I have been unable to upload a zip file for the theme. I repeatedly get the error message: Error uploading theming zip: null

I've tried many different things and nothing works. I've constructed my zip file to be exactly like the one that is shown on the theming site. https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/WebUITheming#Custom_HTML_CSS_Example 


$ unzip -l custom.zip

I'll need some more information, what build of RTC are you using?

There were many issues during 3.0 development, but by RC2 most of those issues have been fixed.
