RTC - Find all work items that "used" to be assigned to you?

"Used" to be is historical data. You can use Reportable Rest or JRS
Reportable Rest API --> custom program / script to do this
JRS --> OOTB
although you need to test once in JRS as I guess this is possible in JRs
