Want to view TERs in RTC eclipse client

I want to view TERs by sprint in the ERTC eclipse client - is there a way to create a work item in RTC to link to TER's in RQM to show this relationship? I do not want to use RQM's reports in RTC eclipse - I find them too cumbersome
